Hi everyone.... yes I know it's been a LONG time since I've posted on the blog,...... I don't know what has been taking up all my time- but I wanted to share a great, easy, healthy snack I made today. The little boys are always asking for a snack, and I had these bananas in the freezer- so I decided to try to make a cookie with them. They are really easy and only use 3 ingredients!
Take them out of the oven and enjoy a really healthy cookie- no sugar- no flour- no salt- just bananas, rolled oats and of course a little bit of chocolate!!! |
I love this recipe! Since our family is gluten/sugar free, I substituted the oatmeal for almond flour and the chips with raisins. So easy and delicious for a quick snack...or breakfast for busy moms. Thanks so much for sharing.:)
