Lasagna Rolls

Lasagna Rolls
Click the magic button for the recipe!

Here is a great recipe to serve when you are having dinner guests. You can make it ahead of time, I have even made it the night before- put it in the refrigerator- then all you have to do is bake it.
Here's a few pictures to show you the steps to make it.......

Lay your cooked noodles flat & spread the cheese mixture on to each noodle it only takes about a heaping tablespoonful

Then roll the noodle up- starting at the narrow end like this....

Spread a cup of sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 pan and layer each rolled noodle into the pan as shown.  Pour the remaining sauce on & top with the remaining cheese.

And...... dinner is served!!

Anti-Wrinkle Cream that Wont Break the Bank

I am a Master Esthetician and I love the whole beauty world. I have tried a ton of top skincare lines and makeup lines and they worked great. But I have been on a mission to find great products that work great and are over-the-counter. I have been trying everything from makeup to anti-aging creams. I was at Walmart about 3 months ago and was getting my husband some travel size things for work.

I came across this little bottle of anti-aging cream. I figured I would try it cause it was under $2.00. I have to tell, you I love it!!!! Don't wanna leave the house?? You can click the amazon link below and have it delivered right to your front door!!

I have been using it ever since. I didn't take a before picture, but I can tell a huge difference. I am only 27 but you should start early on a skincare regimen. I was starting to get wrinkle by my eyes (from all the tanning in high school). Now they are smooth and you can't tell I had any.

I apply it all over my face right before I apply my makeup. Let it dry then you may apply foundation. By doing this it will help your foundation stay on longer. I have found the best over-the-counter foundation I will tell you about later.

I also apply this right before bed. You can apply it two times per day (like me) or just once. Make sure your consistent. Just like any skincare products you have to keep using them to be able to tell a difference. I recommend trying this product. You will fall in love with it!!!

Make sure you keep checking back for more beauty tips!!

Our Easter Egg Hunt

Grandma Karen always puts on amazing parties and the Easter egg hunt is no exception! Last year we wanted to fill the eggs with other things besides the usual candy because let's face it too much candy is a bad thing! So last year we had "bunny bucks" The bunny Bucks were in the eggs and after the hunt was over the kids were able to purchase items from the general store! We liked it so much that we are going to do it again this year! So we decided to add chick change and some cute general store signs!

We can't keep it all to ourselves though! We want you to have a great Easter egg hunt as well! So here are the free printables for you to use!

Also this past year our eggs have had a rough time keeping up with all the kids... here is a great egg bundle that we found on amazon for CHEAP!!

How about some Breakfast??

For our St. Patrick's Day party this year we had breakfast food.  I tried a couple of new recipes, and we LOVED them.  This one's ham, egg, spinach & cheese cups.  They were so easy to make- you use the thin ham (really thin worked best) if you look at the picture above you can see the pan on the left has two rows of thicker ham, it worked - but didn't mold into the pan as well.

I loved being able to cook 24 at a time- and then I put them into warming pans & they kept warm until we were ready to eat. They would be easy to make and store in the fridge for the week & heat up on busy mornings for the kids. To get the recipe- scroll down to the bottom and click on the magic button!!  You are going to love them!

The next one is one of our favorite things to eat for breakfast-- German Pancakes.  I usually make them in a 9x13 pan, but it doesn't feed very many, and I always have to make more!!  So this time I poured the batter into muffin tin pans and I could bake 24 single servings at a time!! So much easier. Serve with butter, syrup or jam- YUMM  The Recipe card is below click on it and it will enlarge so you can read it better.   Give them a try-- I know you'll LOVE them too.

You have been Egged!

We LOVE Easter around our house! We love the reminder it gives us.

Sometimes we love to egg our neighbors homes too! (with plastic eggs of course)

Not familiar with Easter egging? Well you get 12 Easter eggs, fill 11 of them with treats and leave the 12th egg empty to remind you of Jesus' empty tomb! Hide them all over your neighbors yard. Leave the signs and run! Then watch them try to find all of the eggs!

Once you have been egged, copy and hang the WE have been EGGED" sign in your front window so neighbors know not to egg you!

Here are some cute printables for you to use! Happy Egging!

A few more things for our St Patrick's Party

I'm still trying to get ready for St. Patrick's Day.... Jamie made some cute mustaches for Beckham's Mario Birthday party last year, and she had this mustache mold.  So.... look how cute they are made with orange chocolate - perfect for the little Irishmen!!!  And I had this shamrock mold too, I'm not sure how I'll use them- maybe as cupcake toppers! Well have to see what I can come up with. Any ideas?

And of course.... our FAVORITE colored popcorn!  Oh YUM it is delish,- I made lemon, lime and white chocolate & mixed them all together-- put them in a jar & we're good to go!  Now... hopefully there will be some of it left for the party! Ha :)

Getting our GREEN on

It's almost St. Patrick's day!! So today I am trying to get a few of the things done ahead of time. Here's what I came up with for the centerpiece.....

I used the printable tags that Jamie posted here on the blog... they are really cute, print some off if you haven't yet- they'll make your jars look so cute.

What are your plans for the big GREEN day?  Share will me what you're doing, I've got a few ideas.... but can always use some help!!  Have a great Day... it's beautiful here today, sun shining & birds singing! I think spring has come. :)
